Workshop 2: Focus on Product Portfolio Management with Don Reinersten

Don Reinertsen

Don Reinertsen is recognised internationally for his contribution to the management of product development. In 1983 he wrote a landmark article that first quantified the value of development speed - that 6 months delay can be worth 33 percent of lifecycle profits.

Workshop 3: Focus on Governance - Tying Work to Value with Mary Poppendieck

Mary Poppendieck

Mary Poppendieck wrote the award-winning book “Lean Software Development” to explain how the lean principles from manufacturing could be applied to software development. Mary wrote a second book, “Implementing Lean Software Development” with her husband Tom.

Workshop 4: Behaviors and Culture for Continuous Change with John Seddon

John Seddon

Professor John Seddon, author of the best-selling “Freedom from Command and Control”. He is recognised for his translation of Taiichi Ohno’s innovation (the Toyota System) for service organisations, where change is much faster than in manufacturing. John has a reputation for being controversial, but informed.

Charles Handy is one of the great business thinkers of the last 50 years - a writer, broadcaster and lecturer. His books on the changing shape of work and its effects on our lives and organizations have sold two million copies around the world. His latest books include his memoir “Myself and Other More Important Matters” and “The New Philanthropists: Making a Difference”.
